Are tar and carbon monoxide ingested when Oliver Twist is used?
Oliver Twist tobacco pellets do not give off tar and carbon monoxide, as these substances are only emitted if tobacco is burned.
Does Oliver Twist contain nicotine?
Oliver Twist is made of tobacco leaves from where the nicotine originates. For this reason, Oliver Twist mini-rolls contain the amount of nicotine naturally found in the leaf. We do not add extra nicotine in the manufacturing process. Further details are available under "Facts" and "Products".
Is it safe to use Oliver Twist if one has an illness?
If you suffer from indigestion, a heart condition or diabetes or are otherwise uncertain, please contact your personal physician for advice.
Does the product cause cavities?
No studies about this effect from using Oliver Twist are available.
What is the sugar content of Oliver Twist?
The sugar content of each tobacco pellet is listed under the individual varieties.

What should I do if I have purchased a box of Oliver Twist that is too old?
Go back to the store and point out that the box you received has exceeded the "Best Before" date and ask for a new box. If this is not possible, just get in touch with us and we'll take it from there.
How can you tell whether a product is fresh?
All wholesale packages and boxes are marked with a "Best Before" date. This makes it easier for both you and your retailer to see whether the product is fresh.
The vacuum pack should feel soft and give in if squeezed slightly.
